Intelligence is an industrial product. It is made in halls, from electricity, and it needs the same things a smelter needed a century ago: cheap clean power, cold air, and someone willing to hold the asset for decades.

We do not trade around a build-out. Wynberg holds through commissioning, first tenant and refinancing, and expects to be on the register when the hall is paid off.
